Example first found success with the release of his second studio album, Won't Go Quietly, which peaked at number 4 on the UK Albums Chart and peaked at number 1 on the UK Dance Chart. The album had two top 10 singles, "Won't Go Quietly" and "Kickstarts".

His third album Playing in the Shadows, which earned him huge success, was released on the basis of the last album. The album topped the charts with two number 1 singles, "Changed the Way You Kiss Me" and "Stay Awake". The album itself also peaked at number 1 on the UK Albums Chart.

This summer, Example is coming to MTA Festival and Shanghai MAO Livehouse in China, with his entire professional team of 12 people and nearly a ton of instruments. This is the first time that he came to China with full Live Set.
