| 限购说明 | 每单限购6张 | 重复购票说明 | 同一位“实名观演人”请勿在多个售票平台重复购票，一位“实名观演人”的身份信息对应同场次的一张门票。 若同一位“实名观演人”被发现存在多个购票平台购买同场次行为，由该行为产生的无效重复订单、退票手续费、过期不可退票、无法入场等所有损失，均由购票人自行承担。 |
| 服务费说明 | 为了给您提供便利的在线购票服务，票牛为此投入大量的平台技术支持、运营维护支持，并联合平台入驻商家、第三方在线支付服务商、第三方合作商等合作方为您提供服务，基于前述平台成本及合作方服务费用，票牛向您收取不超过票款5%的平台服务费(最高不超过400元)。 票牛收取的平台服务费，主要可能包括如下内容:1.票牛的线上平台和软件系统开发维护成本。2.支付宝、微信等第三方支付服务商收取的支付手续费用。3.物流公司收取的票品寄送费用(如纸质票)。4.客户服务成本以及短信、电话等通道费用。5.为用户提供购票保障服务对应的运营与管理成本。6.其它为完成用户订单必须的相关服务成本、人员成本等。 | 座位类型 | 请按门票对应座位，有序对号入座 |

本次成都国际乒联混合团体世界杯开票将分为三个阶段：

2nd round: 11. 28 15:28pm Pre-order for S5-S13, Early-bird order for S14
第三阶段：12月 3 日15点28分开放S14门票预购，S1-S13场次退票重新发售
3rd round: 12. 3 15:28pm open order for S14, refund tickets from S1-S3 will open for sale
其中S1开赛前有开幕式，S14比赛后有颁奖仪式。

赛程介绍
退票&转赠
退票: 购票人可在购票后24小时内联系大麦客服人工办理免费退票，24小时后不再开启退票通道；退票通道在当场比赛开场前48 小时关闭；为防止出现恶意购票、退票等扰乱正常票务销售秩序的行为，所有退票仅支持整单整退；并且同一购票人、同一购票账户，在产生一次退票后，再次购买同场次活动票后，不享有退票权益。如在购票中所填信息有误导致无法入场观演，需购票人自行承担损失。
转赠：购买的门票可转赠一次，转赠后不可退票，转赠通道在当场比赛开场前24小时关闭.
Refund & Transfer
Ticket Refund: Ticket buyers can contact Damai customer service within 24 hours to get full refund after the purchase of tickets, and the refund channel will no longer open after 24 hours; The refund channel is closed 48 hours before the start of each game. In order to prevent malicious ticket purchase, refund and other acts that disrupt the normal ticket sales order, all tickets can only be returned in one order; And the same ticket buyer, the same ticket account, after a refund, purchase the same event ticket again, does not hold the rights and interests of refund. If the information filled in the ticket is incorrect and leads to the inability to enter the game, the ticket purchaser shall bear the loss.
Transfer: Tickets purchased can be transfer once free of charge, ticket is non-refundable after transfer, the transfer channel will be closed 24 hours before the start of the game.
观众入场须知
Notice For Spectators Admission
1.观赛人到场观赛时，需携带与购票时提供的对应观演人有效身份证件一致的证件原件进行验票与安检。验票时将对入场观赛人的人脸、证件、座位及购票订单的观赛人信息进行比对，全部信息确认一致后方可入场。如以上任一信息不匹配造成入场失败，责任由入场观赛人自行承担损失；
2.现场提供储物服务；
3.严禁携带食物、激光笔、易碎品与各类容器，例如瓶装水、玻璃瓶/杯、保温杯、冰盒或其他危险物品进场；
4.严禁携带拍摄镜头焦距超过200mm的摄影摄像器材，不得携带三脚架；携带的横额或标语尺寸不超过128cm*192cm；
5.进入会场后，一律禁止录像或直播；观赛期间，严禁使用闪光灯；不得在看台区域使用自拍杆等器材进行拍摄，无法配合者工作人员将请其离开会场；
6.禁止持续采集、传送、传播出版或发布任何比赛成绩或相关统计数据；
7.为了赛事播出品质，请将您的手机转为静音。
1.Spectators are required to bring the original valid ID card corresponding to the time of ticket purchase for verification and security check. During ticket verification, the spectator's face, ID, seat number and ticket purchase order information will be verified, and all information is confirmed to be consistent before admission. If any of the above information does not match resulting in fail of admission, the responsibility is borne by the spectator;
2.Storage service is provided in the venue;
3.Food, laser pen, fragile items and containers such as bottled water, glass bottles/cups, thermos cups, ice boxes or other dangerous goods are forbidden;
4.Video equipment and cameras with focal length of the lens exceeding 200mm is prohibited, and tripod is not allowed; the size of banner or slogan should not exceed 128cm*192cm;
5.After entering the venue, video recording or live streaming is forbidden; during the game , the use of flash is strictly forbidden; spectators are not allowed to take photos with equipment like selfie sticks in the spectator stands, and they will be asked to leave the venue if they failed to cooperate;
6.It is prohibited to continuously collect, transmit, disseminate, publish or announce any competition results or relevant statistics;
7.Please switch mobile phone to silent mode, ensuring the quality of the broadcast of the game.
