艺术总监介绍

乔治·皮利什维利（George Pilishvili）是格鲁吉亚“伊格瑞斯”青年民俗芭蕾舞团的艺术总监兼首席编舞。他继承了舞团创始人弗拉基米尔·皮利什维利的艺术遗产，将“伊格瑞斯”打造成为一个充满活力的文化机构，既致力于保护格鲁吉亚编舞遗产，又发展出当代戏剧语言。作为编舞家、教育家和文化领袖，他创作并编排了多个大型音乐会节目和鸿篇制作，其中包括历史舞剧《帕尔纳瓦齐亚尼》。他的艺术理念融合本真性、纪律性和戏剧表现力，将格鲁吉亚舞蹈呈现给本国及国际观众。

Artistic Director Introduction

George Pilishvili is the Artistic Director and Chief Choreographer of the Georgian Youth Folkloric Ballet EGRISI. Continuing the artistic legacy of the ensemble's founder, Vladimir Pilishvili, he has shaped EGRISI into a dynamic cultural institution dedicated to preserving Georgian choreographic heritage while developing a contemporary theatrical language. As a choreographer, educator and cultural leader, he has created and staged major concert programmes and large‑scale productions, including the historical dance drama *Parnavaziani*. His artistic vision combines authenticity, discipline and theatrical expression, presenting Georgian dance to audiences in Georgia and internationally.

Founded in 1995, the company’s founder and first Artistic Director was Vladimir Pilishvili; the current Artistic Director is George Pilishvili. Headquarters are in Tbilisi, Georgia.
