PRIM乐队成立于2015年，由三位震动了维也纳音乐界的年轻音乐人组成。他们凭借先锋的声音和精湛的技术，成功给乐评家和观众们留下了深刻的印象。他们的音乐混合了多种节奏的幻想、简单且抒情的旋律、古典的鼓与贝斯、摇滚的即兴音乐和电影音乐一样的表现力。他们一直在创造和保持高质量的挑战。他们的偶像和灵感来源于瑞典三重奏e.s.t（不再活跃）、Neil Cowley三重奏和GoGo企鹅乐队等。

PRIM was formed in 2015 by three musicians associated with Vienna’s vibrating music scene and they have since then managed to impress critics and crowds alike with their progressive sound and technical virtuosity. With a mix of polyrhythmic illusions, simple and lyrical melodies, ideas from drum & bass and classical music, rock riffs and film music-like expressiveness they take up the challenge of creating and sustaining high narrative quality. Idols and sources of inspiration are the Swedish trio e.s.t (not active anymore), the Neil Cowley Trio or GoGo Penguin among others.

The debut album, More & Less Diminished, released in 2016 in a different line-up (Biller, Konuray Mutluer, Ralph Dammerer) was described as showing “how jazz in Austria can and should sound” (music-news.at). The EP 40 Days (Biller, Mutluer, Sherif Abdalla) followed one year later.

 

在欧洲各地的许多音乐厅（不来梅Weserburg Museum的爵士俱乐部之夜，Stara Pekarna Brno爵士音乐节等），和Woody Black 4四重奏以及Sketchbook Quartett等艺术家同台演奏，一起在舞台上大受欢迎。并在如“Ö1 Jazznight”等广播节目中出现。他们用自己的实力告诉大家，维也纳与爵士乐是密切相关，有很多可能性的。

Enthusiastically received by the public in many concert venues around Europe (jazzahead clubnight in the Weserburg museum Bremen or Stara Pekarna Brno among others, also sharing the stage with the likes of Woody Black 4 or Sketchbook Quartett) and featured in radio shows like the Ö1 Jazznight among others, they show that Vienna and jazz have a lot to offer.
