音乐剧《爱因斯坦：时间相对论》由著名作曲家弗兰克•怀尔德霍恩（Frank Wildhorn）与编剧兼导演吉尔•梅默特（Gil Mehmert）联合创作。作品以阿尔伯特•爱因斯坦的真实人生为蓝本，回溯他辗转求索的人生轨迹，呈现这位科学巨匠的思考、困惑与超越。作为德语原创音乐剧的全新力作，该剧于2025年3月完成世界首演，收获业界与观众的广泛好评。2026年12月，这部备受瞩目的作品将首度来华，登陆上海文化广场的舞台，开启纵贯时间的旅程，再现一代科学巨匠的不懈求索之路。

The musical Einstein - A Matter of Time is a joint creation of composer Frank Wildhorn and director-playwright Gil Mehmert. Based on the real life of Albert Einstein, the work traces his journey of intellectual pursuit, offering a portrait of the great scientist's thoughts, doubts, and moments of transcendence. As a new original German-language musical, the production had its premiere in March 2025, earning widespread acclaim from both critics and audiences. In December 2026, this production will make its Chinese debut at the Shanghai Culture Square, embarking on a journey through time and bringing to the stage the relentless quest of a scientific giant.

 

剧情梗概

Synopsis

1896年，年轻的阿尔伯特•爱因斯坦进入苏黎世联邦理工学院，与同样追求科学真理的米列娃•玛丽克相爱。在专利局任职期间，爱因斯坦开创性地提出相对论，而婚姻生活却在学术与现实的撕扯中逐渐失衡。一战爆发，他因反战立场与学界决裂，在孤独中完成广义相对论的推导，并在日食观测中得到证实。声名登顶的同时，他也成为民族主义者的靶心。数年后，被迫流亡美国的爱因斯坦在普林斯顿的讲堂中回望自己走过的每一步，思索他毕生追寻的意义。

 

In 1896, the young Albert Einstein entered the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He fell in love with Mileva Marić, who shared his pursuit of scientific truth. While working at the patent office, he proposed the theory of relativity. However, his marriage grew strained amid the tension between academic ambition and everyday life. When World War I broke out, his anti-war stance led him to break with the academic community. In isolation, he completed the general theory of relativity, which was later confirmed by a solar eclipse. As his fame reached its height, he also became a target for nationalists. Years later, Einstein was forced into exile in the United States. In the lecture halls at Princeton, he looked back on his journey and reflected on the meaning of his lifelong pursuit.
